Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any part of the goat grids platform — whether as talent, a production, or a visitor — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; we will notify you of significant changes by email.

2. Who can use goat grids

goat grids is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You also confirm that the information you provide — including your name, contact details, and profile content — is accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or removed.

3. Talent accounts

Actors, crew, voice-over artists, and content creators may create talent profiles on goat grids to be discovered by productions and to apply to open roles. As a talent user:

• You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate — including your credits, photos, skills, and availability.
• You may only upload content that you own or have the right to use. This includes photos, videos, and audio files.
• A paid subscription is required to apply to roles and access full messaging features. Free accounts can create a profile and be discovered in search, but cannot apply until a subscription is active.
• All uploaded content must be appropriate for a professional platform. We reserve the right to remove content that we deem offensive or inappropriate.

4. Production accounts

Production companies, casting directors, and hirers may use goat grids to post projects, search for talent, and manage applications. As a production user:

• All job and role postings must be for genuine, legitimate production opportunities. You may not post fabricated, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• You may not use the platform to collect personal data for purposes unrelated to your stated casting or production needs.
• You must deal with talent applicants professionally and in good faith.
• Postings that violate these terms will be removed and your account may be suspended without notice.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following actions are not permitted on goat grids under any circumstances:

• Creating fake profiles or impersonating another person or organisation
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages to other users
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
• Uploading content that violates copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights
• Scraping or using automated tools to access the platform without our written permission
• Attempting to circumvent our subscription system or access paid features without a subscription
• Using the platform for any illegal activity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to goat grids — including your photos, videos, audio files, and written profile content. By uploading content, you grant goat grids a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and deliver that content on the platform for the purpose of connecting you with opportunities. This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account. We do not claim ownership of your work. The goat grids platform itself — including its design, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of goat grids and may not be copied or used without our permission.

7. Subscription and payments

goat grids offers a free trial period at launch. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to access full platform features including applying to roles and messaging. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made after that. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis; contact us at legal@goatgrids.com if you have a billing concern.

8. Limitation of liability

goat grids is a marketplace platform that connects talent with productions. We do not guarantee any casting outcomes, job offers, or professional engagements. Any working arrangement agreed between a talent and a production through the platform is a direct agreement between those two parties — goat grids is not a party to it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, goat grids is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
